I have now used Polar Heating and Cooling a number of times. Each experience has been very positive. The techs arrive on time, they are very profesional, courteous and complete the work as expected. The prices are reasonable. I have no need to look elsewhere for my heat and a/c work.

Bought a new heater and air conditioner. The staff and installers were very polite and professional. Had both units installed in October, heater worked flawlessly during the winter months, I was instructed to not turn on the air conditioner until they do a post install on the air conditioner since it was cold outside when installed. Called yesterday and they were out here today to do whatever they needed to the air conditioner. Thanks to Polar Heating and Air conditioner I have ice cold air and great heat. 😆

A Polar technician came a couple of days ago to inspect my furnace and, due to its age and other factors, recommended that I replace it. I knew I was on borrowed time to begin with so I asked for a quote (thinking this would all take a bit of time). I received the quote immediately from Oscar and within 24 hours my old furnace was replaced with an efficient new one. I could not be happier. From the time I made the initial phone call to the minute installer Dave left, the whole process was professional, courteous and very seamless. And they left everything in spotless condition. I have used Polar Heating and AC in the past and would highly recommend them. You will not be sorry.

From start to finish Polar is superior company to do business. I was getting quotes to replace our 21 year old furnace. When I contacted Polar via their website, they responded within minutes and asked what our needs were. After that they had technician contact us to schedule a meeting. The technician arrived on time and his first concern was to hear exactly what our needs were and our expectations regarding price and quality of the equipment we were looking to install. The technician from polar heating was very honest and upfront, he was Very polite and well educated! The company itself sent to technician within two hours of me calling. Our heat had gone out in the entire house overnight and when I told them my 82-year-old mother was here with us. They put a rush in our service! I’m extremely satisfied!
