    I had a fantastic experience with this company. When my furnace broke down, Jerry arrived shortly after I called. Both my furnace and air conditioning unit needed to be replaced, but I wasn't surprised since they were both very old. I appreciated that there was no attempt to scam me—just incredible service. The installers were wonderful; they worked quietly and independently while remaining very polite. The pricing was fair, with no hidden charges, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I will only use Polar for my HVAC needs in the future. They were truly exceptional.

    Joe did a fantastic job. He’s diligent honest and he did a great job helping me to come up with a plan due to my AC Freon being obsolete.. I appreciate the honesty intelligence so much.     Mike did a great job inspecting and cleaning the air conditioner. Answered all of my questions. But, I was also expecting to have my air ducts cleaned. I was very disappointed when I was told that just the air conditioner was scheduled for Today. When I called the first time I made the appointment for the Spring Saver Special. I did call back because I had a few questions about the air duct cleaning and I spoke with a gentleman and he answered my questions. But I did not change my appointment. So I was surprised to hear that the appointment was just for the air conditioner cleaning. Now I have to reschedule. Hopefully I will get an estimate for the air duct cleaning tomorrow. Mike took pictures of air duct system when he was here.
