Woke up to a cold home, furnace not working properly. Called around 11am, had had someone here by 4pm. Joe was awesome, he diagnosed the problem, explained the problem simply and I was lucky that he had a part on his truck and was able to get the job done today. Very satisfied , as I was when I had them install the furnace 6 yrs ago, they had the best estimate then and I was able to save today. Highly recommend.

The technician from polar heating was very honest and upfront, he was Very polite and well educated! The company itself sent to technician within two hours of me calling. Our heat had gone out in the entire house overnight and when I told them my 82-year-old mother was here with us. They put a rush in our service! I’m extremely satisfied!

Jerry is one of the best technicians at Polar. Very timely, experienced, friendly, and knowledgeable. Jerry took the time to answer my questions and show me were the concerns were with my furnace.
