Cannot say enough nice things about my experience with Polar Heating and Air. We had an issue with our hot water heater and they sent someone right out. Our service technician was extremely respectful of our time and our home. Communication before, during and after the appointment was outstanding. The price for the repair was very reasonable and competitive. Also felt great to support a local family-owned business. Highly recommend.

Fast, punctual company did everything they said they would, Oscar my repair man was very professional and explained everything thoroughly. Joe did a fantastic job. He’s diligent honest and he did a great job helping me to come up with a plan due to my AC Freon being obsolete.. I appreciate the honesty intelligence so much. I highly recommend polar heating and cooling because they have done great work for me for the past three years.
