      Tech gave me a call he was on his way. Also, got a email from the company alerting me to his arrival. Once here he identified who is was and the reason for the visit. Very professional. went about doing the inspection and gave me his results. I thanked him for his honest report. Will be using them to replace my furnace in the future. They did a excellent job in replacing me AC unit last year. Would highly recommend them for anyone needing their HVAC system checked or replaced.

      Polar Heating and AC installed a new HAVC system in our condo. The crew arrived on time, got right to work, were neat and tidy throughout and took the time to do it right! The made all necessary arrangement for a crane to remove and replace condenser on roof-- so efficiently the whole thing happened without my notice. I am thrilled with the new system and the price point. The crew was knowledgeable and skilled. I recommend them enthusiastically.

      With Indian Summer arriving with a bang, our unit began to function less efficiently and was blowing air that wasn't as cool as before. We immediately called Polar Heating & Air (Chicago location) and left a detailed message regarding our problem. Our call was returned quickly and an agent gave us the option to have our situation diagnosed immediately. An hour later, Jerry (HVAC Technician) arrived at our home. He immediately went into action, diagnosed the problem and addressed it successfully! And did this all with uber professionalism and a wonderful smile in this dreaded humidity! That definitely counts for a lot! 😄 The price we were quoted was very reasonable and my dad received a senior discount as well!       Bought a new heater and air conditioner. The staff and installers were very polite and professional. Had both units installed in October, heater worked flawlessly during the winter months, I was instructed to not turn on the air conditioner until they do a post install on the air conditioner since it was cold outside when installed. Called yesterday and they were out here today to do whatever they needed to the air conditioner. Thanks to Polar Heating and Air conditioner I have ice cold air and great heat. 😆

      This is our 2nd time having Polar out to our home! Our first experience was great! Our furnace went out at 8pm in the middle of winter and a technician was at our home within an hour! Repaired our furnace. We had them out recently for our AC and the technician diagnosed and replaced a bad capacitor. We had cold air with 20 minutes! We will continue calling Polar!
