      Cannot say enough nice things about my experience with Polar Heating and Air. We had an issue with our hot water heater and they sent someone right out. Our service technician was extremely respectful of our time and our home. Communication before, during and after the appointment was outstanding. The price for the repair was very reasonable and competitive. Also felt great to support a local family-owned business. Highly recommend.

      Great team, they were easy to schedule with and answered any questions I had. Did a complete AC installation as our former unit was 35 years old. The guys who came to do the installation were very friendly and worked cleanly and efficiently. Our new AC is working great. Their pricing was significantly better than the other quotes we received.

      David the technician was very detailed and professional. He cleaned the AC unit very thoroughly (much better than previous technicians) and gave me pointers, showed me the before and after photos and replaced some old or missing parts. I will ask for David next time I need maintenance on my AC unit or furnace.

      With Indian Summer arriving with a bang, our unit began to function less efficiently and was blowing air that wasn't as cool as before. We immediately called Polar Heating & Air (Chicago location) and left a detailed message regarding our problem. Our call was returned quickly and an agent gave us the option to have our situation diagnosed immediately. An hour later, Jerry (HVAC Technician) arrived at our home. He immediately went into action, diagnosed the problem and addressed it successfully! And did this all with uber professionalism and a wonderful smile in this dreaded humidity! That definitely counts for a lot! 😄 The price we were quoted was very reasonable and my dad received a senior discount as well!       Fast, punctual company did everything they said they would, Oscar my repair man was very professional and explained everything thoroughly. Quickly repaired my boiler and the prices were very competitive, out of the three companies I called they were quicker to respond, more attentive and got the parts faster, will definitely call them again and will refer them to everyone, thanks.
