      I have being using Polar for over 20 years they installed my heating and air conditioning systems. Every year I have them do a heating and air cleaning and they do an excellent job. They stand behind their work. Technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. You can always get an appointment that fits your schedule, customer service is great… Polar keep up the good work!

      Have had two very positive experiences with Polar. Technicians are very knowledgeable and do not try to upsell. Seem like honest and ethical folks. They both provided us with a good education on our boiler system and fixed our issue quickly (at a price that was half of what another company had quoted us). We will only call Polar from now on!

      Woke up to a cold home, furnace not working properly. Called around 11am, had had someone here by 4pm. Joe was awesome, he diagnosed the problem, explained the problem simply and I was lucky that he had a part on his truck and was able to get the job done today. Very satisfied , as I was when I had them install the furnace 6 yrs ago, they had the best estimate then and I was able to save today. Highly recommend.

      With Indian Summer arriving with a bang, our unit began to function less efficiently and was blowing air that wasn't as cool as before. We immediately called Polar Heating & Air (Chicago location) and left a detailed message regarding our problem. Our call was returned quickly and an agent gave us the option to have our situation diagnosed immediately. An hour later, Jerry (HVAC Technician) arrived at our home. He immediately went into action, diagnosed the problem and addressed it successfully! And did this all with uber professionalism and a wonderful smile in this dreaded humidity! That definitely counts for a lot! 😄 The price we were quoted was very reasonable and my dad received a senior discount as well! That was clutch! 💯 Need an HVAC issue addressed speedily with care and attention to detail? Check out Polar Heating & Air! Thanks again Jerry! ☺️

      Tech was wondwerful, explained things to us and made sure we understood. Cleaned up sfter himself. Was very comfortable with alex. He knows his stuff. Great tech, hold onti him, i would like him to come snd service us when ee need s tech.

      Been a customer for +10 years!! Great service all around!! Had service today and the Technician was very polite and explained everything that was going on with my unit (furnace ) and made a recommendation for a new part to replace.
