      From start to finish Polar is superior company to do business. I was getting quotes to replace our 21 year old furnace. When I contacted Polar via their website, they responded within minutes and asked what our needs were. After that they had technician contact us to schedule a meeting. The technician arrived on time and his first concern was to hear exactly what our needs were and our expectations regarding price and quality of the equipment we were looking to install. Throughout the entire process Jerry’s main concern was meeting our needs including our budget. He provide us with some options and continued to make sure he was meeting our needs. Once we signed the agreement the follow up and installation was excellent. Tony and Omar were very professional and did a superior job installing our new Amana furnace. We highly recommend Polar Heating and Air Conditioning!!!

      Woke up to a cold home, furnace not working properly. Called around 11am, had had someone here by 4pm. Joe was awesome, he diagnosed the problem, explained the problem simply and I was lucky that he had a part on his truck and was able to get the job done today. Very satisfied , as I was when I had them install the furnace 6 yrs ago, they had the best estimate then and I was able to save today. Highly recommend.

      Polar is a great company. They have professionals working with them. They offer very good prices and warranties. I’ve recently had an AC installed brand new at a great price and over a year ago. I had my new furnace installed. I really like Polar and I will refer them to anybody interested in purchasing or servicing an AC or furnace. I appreciate Polar. 😊❤️🙏

      Mike did a great job inspecting and cleaning the air conditioner. Answered all of my questions. But, I was also expecting to have my air ducts cleaned. I was very disappointed when I was told that just the air conditioner was scheduled for Today. When I called the first time I made the appointment for the Spring Saver Special. I did call back because I had a few questions about the air duct cleaning and I spoke with a gentleman and he answered my questions. But I did not change my appointment. So I was surprised to hear that the appointment was just for the air conditioner cleaning. Now I have to reschedule. Hopefully I will get an estimate for the air duct cleaning tomorrow. Mike took pictures of air duct system when he was here.

      Polar Heating visited our home at the appointed time, and called before they arrived. The employee was very professional, respectable and courteous. He explained every detail without hesitation. And in less than 45 minutes, my furnace was working perfectly and still is. My confidence in polar Heating made me realize that there are companies out there who actually work for their clients. My wife and I was truly blessed. I will refer Polar to all my friends, neighbors, family and love ones. I will not state what they charged us, but I will say this, it was not expensive at all. This is one of the reasons I will use them over and over again. The operator they sent (Pat) was great.
