Polar Heating & AC were able to respond to a surprise outage with my heat after hours. Jerry was friendly and knowledgeable and even though it was bad news and I needed a new boiler, Polar was able to replace it the next day. They were friendly, competent and responded quickly.

Today’s service was conducted by Jerry, who has been to my home before and is familiar with my HVAC system. The technician from polar heating was very honest and upfront, he was Very polite and well educated! The company itself sent to technician within two hours of me calling. Our heat had gone out in the entire house overnight and when I told them my 82-year-old mother was here with us. They put a rush in our service! I’m extremely satisfied!
