      Highly recommended! Every time we need them they are always quick and thorough. This last time our furnace went out on New Year’s Day. Hey we’re out in a little over an hour and had us up and running in no time! The technicians are always friendly, courteous and respectful of our property. And yes the pricing is always comparable or better than others we have tried.

      With Indian Summer arriving with a bang, our unit began to function less efficiently and was blowing air that wasn't as cool as before. We immediately called Polar Heating & Air (Chicago location) and left a detailed message regarding our problem. Our call was returned quickly and an agent gave us the option to have our situation diagnosed immediately. An hour later, Jerry (HVAC Technician) arrived at our home. He immediately went into action, diagnosed the problem and addressed it successfully! And did this all with uber professionalism and a wonderful smile in this dreaded humidity! That definitely counts for a lot! 😄 The price we were quoted was very reasonable and my dad received a senior discount as well!       I had a fantastic experience with this company. When my furnace broke down, Jerry arrived shortly after I called. Both my furnace and air conditioning unit needed to be replaced, but I wasn't surprised since they were both very old. I appreciated that there was no attempt to scam me—just incredible service. The installers were wonderful; they worked quietly and independently while remaining very polite. The pricing was fair, with no hidden charges, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I will only use Polar for my HVAC needs in the future. They were truly exceptional.
