      I had a fantastic experience with this company. When my furnace broke down, Jerry arrived shortly after I called. Both my furnace and air conditioning unit needed to be replaced, but I wasn't surprised since they were both very old. I appreciated that there was no attempt to scam me—just incredible service. The installers were wonderful; they worked quietly and independently while remaining very polite. The pricing was fair, with no hidden charges, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I will only use Polar for my HVAC needs in the future. They were truly exceptional.

      Woke up to a cold home, furnace not working properly. Called around 11am, had had someone here by 4pm. Joe was awesome, he diagnosed the problem, explained the problem simply and I was lucky that he had a part on his truck and was able to get the job done today. Very satisfied , as I was when I had them install the furnace 6 yrs ago, they had the best estimate then and I was able to save today. Highly recommend.

      The technician from polar heating was very honest and upfront, he was Very polite and well educated! The company itself sent to technician within two hours of me calling. Our heat had gone out in the entire house overnight and when I told them my 82-year-old mother was here with us. They put a rush in our service! I’m extremely satisfied!

      Have had two very positive experiences with Polar. Technicians are very knowledgeable and do not try to upsell. Seem like honest and ethical folks. They both provided us with a good education on our boiler system and fixed our issue quickly (at a price that was half of what another company had quoted us). We will only call Polar from now on!

      Polar Heating and AC did an outstanding job! I needed a new unit, and both their pricing and customer service were excellent. Mike handled the estimate, and Dallas and Carlos completed the installation with great professionalism. Highly impressed with the whole experience!

      Jerry is one of the best technicians at Polar. Very timely, experienced, friendly, and knowledgeable. Jerry took the time to answer my questions and show me were the concerns were with my furnace. He gave insightful advice as to the make/model and condition of my furnace. Upfront pricing with suitable discounts. With Jerry, Polar HVAC is much better than the nearest competitor.

      I’ve never had a negative experience with Polar HVAC. The technicians are knowledgeable and experienced. Today’s service was conducted by Jerry, who has been to my home before and is familiar with my HVAC system. Jerry, as usual, was prompt, well-adept to my heating concerns, and insightful as to future maintenance and heating solutions. Extremely pleased with Jerry’s work today.
