      I called Polar H & AC as I do 2 x year for routine maintenance for heat and ac. I have requested Polar' service for years and have enjoyed consistently stellar service with reasonable prices. Their service representatives have top notch education and pride in their work. They show respect for their customers with full explanation of their work.

      Mike did a great job inspecting and cleaning the air conditioner. Answered all of my questions. But, I was also expecting to have my air ducts cleaned. I was very disappointed when I was told that just the air conditioner was scheduled for Today. When I called the first time I made the appointment for the Spring Saver Special. I did call back because I had a few questions about the air duct cleaning and I spoke with a gentleman and he answered my questions. But I did not change my appointment. So I was surprised to hear that the appointment was just for the air conditioner cleaning. Now I have to reschedule. Hopefully I will get an estimate for the air duct cleaning tomorrow. Mike took pictures of air duct system when he was here.

      I have used this company since i lived in Chicago over 25 yrs and they are very very courteous and respect my time by calling before coming out and in the time frame they give you. They're work and products have never failed me and if the service visit is minor, they dont try to squeeze extra money out of you to fix anything. Very honest.

      Fast, punctual company did everything they said they would, Oscar my repair man was very professional and explained everything thoroughly. Quickly repaired my boiler and the prices were very competitive, out of the three companies I called they were quicker to respond, more attentive and got the parts faster, will definitely call them again and will refer them to everyone, thanks.
