      With Indian Summer arriving with a bang, our unit began to function less efficiently and was blowing air that wasn't as cool as before. We immediately called Polar Heating & Air (Chicago location) and left a detailed message regarding our problem. Our call was returned quickly and an agent gave us the option to have our situation diagnosed immediately. An hour later, Jerry (HVAC Technician) arrived at our home. He immediately went into action, diagnosed the problem and addressed it successfully! And did this all with uber professionalism and a wonderful smile in this dreaded humidity! That definitely counts for a lot! 😄 The price we were quoted was very reasonable and my dad received a senior discount as well!       Woke up to a cold home, furnace not working properly. Called around 11am, had had someone here by 4pm. Joe was awesome, he diagnosed the problem, explained the problem simply and I was lucky that he had a part on his truck and was able to get the job done today. Very satisfied , as I was when I had them install the furnace 6 yrs ago, they had the best estimate then and I was able to save today. Highly recommend.

      David the technician was very detailed and professional. He cleaned the AC unit very thoroughly (much better than previous technicians) and gave me pointers, showed me the before and after photos and replaced some old or missing parts. I will ask for David next time I need maintenance on my AC unit or furnace.

      Bought a new heater and air conditioner. The staff and installers were very polite and professional. Had both units installed in October, heater worked flawlessly during the winter months, I was instructed to not turn on the air conditioner until they do a post install on the air conditioner since it was cold outside when installed. Called yesterday and they were out here today to do whatever they needed to the air conditioner. Thanks to Polar Heating and Air conditioner I have ice cold air and great heat. 😆

      I called Polar H & AC as I do 2 x year for routine maintenance for heat and ac. I have requested Polar' service for years and have enjoyed consistently stellar service with reasonable prices.
