      With Indian Summer arriving with a bang, our unit began to function less efficiently and was blowing air that wasn't as cool as before. We immediately called Polar Heating & Air (Chicago location) and left a detailed message regarding our problem. Our call was returned quickly and an agent gave us the option to have our situation diagnosed immediately. An hour later, Jerry (HVAC Technician) arrived at our home. He immediately went into action, diagnosed the problem and addressed it successfully! And did this all with uber professionalism and a wonderful smile in this dreaded humidity! That definitely counts for a lot! 😄 The price we were quoted was very reasonable and my dad received a senior discount as well!       Joe did a fantastic job. He’s diligent honest and he did a great job helping me to come up with a plan due to my AC Freon being obsolete.. I appreciate the honesty intelligence so much. I highly recommend polar heating and cooling because they have done great work for me for the past three years.

      Polar Heating & AC has been servicing our HVAC system for about 2 years and always sends friendly and professional technicians. Our furnace went out Monday; we had someone out the same day and had a new system installed Tuesday. Grateful for their expertise, professionalism, and hard work.

      Polar Heating & AC were able to respond to a surprise outage with my heat after hours. Jerry was friendly and knowledgeable and even though it was bad news and I needed a new boiler, Polar was able to replace it the next day. They were friendly, competent and responded quickly.
