Polar Heating & AC were able to respond to a surprise outage with my heat after hours. Jerry was friendly and knowledgeable and even though it was bad news and I needed a new boiler, Polar was able to replace it the next day. They were friendly, competent and responded quickly.

Highly recommended! Every time we need them they are always quick and thorough. This last time our furnace went out on New Year’s Day. Hey we’re out in a little over an hour and had us up and running in no time! The technicians are always friendly, courteous and respectful of our property. Have had two very positive experiences with Polar. Technicians are very knowledgeable and do not try to upsell. Seem like honest and ethical folks. They both provided us with a good education on our boiler system and fixed our issue quickly (at a price that was half of what another company had quoted us). We will only call Polar from now on!

Polar Heating visited our home at the appointed time, and called before they arrived. The employee was very professional, respectable and courteous. He explained every detail without hesitation. And in less than 45 minutes, my furnace was working perfectly and still is. My confidence in polar Heating made me realize that there are companies out there who actually work for their clients. My wife and I was truly blessed. I will refer Polar to all my friends, neighbors, family and love ones. I will not state what they charged us, but I will say this, it was not expensive at all.
