      Very responsive. I was able to make an easy appointment with a variety of times. The service person contacted me several times before arriving. He quickly conducted the inspection including climbing a ladder to reach the roof. The inspection was quick and thorough.

      I called Polar H & AC as I do 2 x year for routine maintenance for heat and ac. I have requested Polar' service for years and have enjoyed consistently stellar service with reasonable prices.       I have now used Polar Heating and Cooling a number of times. Each experience has been very positive. The techs arrive on time, they are very profesional, courteous and complete the work as expected. The prices are reasonable. I have no need to look elsewhere for my heat and a/c work.

      Highly recommended! Every time we need them they are always quick and thorough. This last time our furnace went out on New Year’s Day. Hey we’re out in a little over an hour and had us up and running in no time! The technicians are always friendly, courteous and respectful of our property. And yes the pricing is always comparable or better than others we have tried.
