      The technician from polar heating was very honest and upfront, he was Very polite and well educated! The company itself sent to technician within two hours of me calling. Our heat had gone out in the entire house overnight and when I told them my 82-year-old mother was here with us. They put a rush in our service! I’m extremely satisfied!

      With Indian Summer arriving with a bang, our unit began to function less efficiently and was blowing air that wasn't as cool as before. We immediately called Polar Heating & Air (Chicago location) and left a detailed message regarding our problem. Our call was returned quickly and an agent gave us the option to have our situation diagnosed immediately. An hour later, Jerry (HVAC Technician) arrived at our home. He immediately went into action, diagnosed the problem and addressed it successfully! And did this all with uber professionalism and a wonderful smile in this dreaded humidity! That definitely counts for a lot! 😄 The price we were quoted was very reasonable and my dad received a senior discount as well!       Very responsive. I was able to make an easy appointment with a variety of times. The service person contacted me several times before arriving. He quickly conducted the inspection including climbing a ladder to reach the roof. The inspection was quick and thorough.

      Bought a new heater and air conditioner. The staff and installers were very polite and professional. Had both units installed in October, heater worked flawlessly during the winter months, I was instructed to not turn on the air conditioner until they do a post install on the air conditioner since it was cold outside when installed. Called yesterday and they were out here today to do whatever they needed to the air conditioner. Thanks to Polar Heating and Air conditioner I have ice cold air and great heat. 😆

      I called Polar at approximately 10am and they arrived by noon. From the start of my call to meeting the technician Oscar, they were so professional and personable. Oscar was so detailed/ informative and extended his services in such a polite and respectful manner. Amazing!
