      With Indian Summer arriving with a bang, our unit began to function less efficiently and was blowing air that wasn't as cool as before. We immediately called Polar Heating & Air (Chicago location) and left a detailed message regarding our problem. Our call was returned quickly and an agent gave us the option to have our situation diagnosed immediately. An hour later, Jerry (HVAC Technician) arrived at our home. He immediately went into action, diagnosed the problem and addressed it successfully! And did this all with uber professionalism and a wonderful smile in this dreaded humidity! That definitely counts for a lot! 😄 The price we were quoted was very reasonable and my dad received a senior discount as well!       Tech gave me a call he was on his way. Also, got a email from the company alerting me to his arrival. Once here he identified who is was and the reason for the visit. Very professional. went about doing the inspection and gave me his results. I thanked him for his honest report. Will be using them to replace my furnace in the future. They did a excellent job in replacing me AC unit last year. Would highly recommend them for anyone needing their HVAC system checked or replaced.

      From start to finish Polar is superior company to do business. I was getting quotes to replace our 21 year old furnace. When I contacted Polar via their website, they responded within minutes and asked what our needs were. After that they had technician contact us to schedule a meeting. The technician arrived on time and his first concern was to hear exactly what our needs were and our expectations regarding price and quality of the equipment we were looking to install. Throughout the entire process Jerry’s main concern was meeting our needs including our budget. He provide us with some options and continued to make sure he was meeting our needs. Once we signed the agreement the follow up and installation was excellent. Tony and Omar were very professional and did a superior job installing our new Amana furnace. We highly recommend Polar Heating and Air Conditioning!!!

      A Polar technician came a couple of days ago to inspect my furnace and, due to its age and other factors, recommended that I replace it. I knew I was on borrowed time to begin with so I asked for a quote (thinking this would all take a bit of time). I received the quote immediately from Oscar and within 24 hours my old furnace was replaced with an efficient new one. I could not be happier. From the time I made the initial phone call to the minute installer Dave left, the whole process was professional, courteous and very seamless. And they left everything in spotless condition. I have used Polar Heating and AC in the past and would highly recommend them. You will not be sorry.

      Polar is a great company. They have professionals working with them. They offer very good prices and warranties. I’ve recently had an AC installed brand new at a great price and over a year ago. I had my new furnace installed. I really like Polar and I will refer them to anybody interested in purchasing or servicing an AC or furnace. I appreciate Polar. 😊❤️🙏

      I have now used Polar Heating and Cooling a number of times. Each experience has been very positive. The techs arrive on time, they are very profesional, courteous and complete the work as expected. The prices are reasonable. I have no need to look elsewhere for my heat and a/c work.
