      Been a customer for +10 years!! Great service all around!! Had service today and the Technician was very polite and explained everything that was going on with my unit (furnace ) and made a recommendation for a new part to replace.       The service professional arrived early and immediately performing complete check of our air conditioner unit. Upon finding the capacitor was faulty he replaced and performed a through inspection thus returning unit to perfect working condition Highly recommend Polar Heating and Cooling prompt, neat, knowledgeable and professional.

      Joe did a fantastic job. He’s diligent honest and he did a great job helping me to come up with a plan due to my AC Freon being obsolete.. I appreciate the honesty intelligence so much.       I have now used Polar Heating and Cooling a number of times. Each experience has been very positive. The techs arrive on time, they are very profesional, courteous and complete the work as expected. The prices are reasonable. I have no need to look elsewhere for my heat and a/c work.
