From start to finish Polar is superior company to do business. I was getting quotes to replace our 21 year old furnace. When I contacted Polar via their website, they responded within minutes and asked what our needs were. After that they had technician contact us to schedule a meeting. The technician arrived on time and his first concern was to hear exactly what our needs were and our expectations regarding price and quality of the equipment we were looking to install. Throughout the entire process Jerry’s main concern was meeting our needs including our budget. He provide us with some options and continued to make sure he was meeting our needs. Once we signed the agreement the follow up and installation was excellent. Tony and Omar were very professional and did a superior job installing our new Amana furnace.
