      A Polar technician came a couple of days ago to inspect my furnace and, due to its age and other factors, recommended that I replace it. I knew I was on borrowed time to begin with so I asked for a quote (thinking this would all take a bit of time). I received the quote immediately from Oscar and within 24 hours my old furnace was replaced with an efficient new one. I could not be happier. From the time I made the initial phone call to the minute installer Dave left, the whole process was professional, courteous and very seamless. And they left everything in spotless condition. I have used Polar Heating and AC in the past and would highly recommend them. You will not be sorry.

      My family and I contact Polar for all of our heating and A/C needs. Most recently I contacted them when my furnace suddenly stopped working. They responded quickly and sent out a tech (Joe), who was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Polar has never disappointed.       Polar Heating visited our home at the appointed time, and called before they arrived. The employee was very professional, respectable and courteous. He explained every detail without hesitation. And in less than 45 minutes, my furnace was working perfectly and still is. My confidence in polar Heating made me realize that there are companies out there who actually work for their clients. My wife and I was truly blessed. I will refer Polar to all my friends, neighbors, family and love ones. I will not state what they charged us, but I will say this, it was not expensive at all. This is one of the reasons I will use them over and over again. The operator they sent (Pat) was great.
