      Highly recommended! Every time we need them they are always quick and thorough. This last time our furnace went out on New Year’s Day. Hey we’re out in a little over an hour and had us up and running in no time! The technicians are always friendly, courteous and respectful of our property. And yes the pricing is always comparable or better than others we have tried.

      Mike did a great job inspecting and cleaning the air conditioner. Answered all of my questions. But, I was also expecting to have my air ducts cleaned. I was very disappointed when I was told that just the air conditioner was scheduled for Today. When I called the first time I made the appointment for the Spring Saver Special. I did call back because I had a few questions about the air duct cleaning and I spoke with a gentleman and he answered my questions. But I did not change my appointment. So I was surprised to hear that the appointment was just for the air conditioner cleaning. Now I have to reschedule. Hopefully I will get an estimate for the air duct cleaning tomorrow. Mike took pictures of air duct system when he was here.

      Been a customer for +10 years!! Great service all around!! Had service today and the Technician was very polite and explained everything that was going on with my unit (furnace ) and made a recommendation for a new part to replace. Very reliable and dependable company! Highly Recommended! Cheers!!

      The technician from polar heating was very honest and upfront, he was Very polite and well educated! The company itself sent to technician within two hours of me calling. Our heat had gone out in the entire house overnight and when I told them my 82-year-old mother was here with us. They put a rush in our service! I’m extremely satisfied!

      A Polar technician came a couple of days ago to inspect my furnace and, due to its age and other factors, recommended that I replace it. I knew I was on borrowed time to begin with so I asked for a quote (thinking this would all take a bit of time). I received the quote immediately from Oscar and within 24 hours my old furnace was replaced with an efficient new one. I could not be happier. From the time I made the initial phone call to the minute installer Dave left, the whole process was professional, courteous and very seamless. And they left everything in spotless condition. I have used Polar Heating and AC in the past and would highly recommend them. You will not be sorry.

      Have had two very positive experiences with Polar. Technicians are very knowledgeable and do not try to upsell. Seem like honest and ethical folks. They both provided us with a good education on our boiler system and fixed our issue quickly (at a price that was half of what another company had quoted us). We will only call Polar from now on!

      Great team, they were easy to schedule with and answered any questions I had. Did a complete AC installation as our former unit was 35 years old. The guys who came to do the installation were very friendly and worked cleanly and efficiently. Our new AC is working great. Their pricing was significantly better than the other quotes we received.
