The service professional arrived early and immediately performing complete check of our air conditioner unit. Cannot say enough nice things about my experience with Polar Heating and Air. We had an issue with our hot water heater and they sent someone right out. Our service technician was extremely respectful of our time and our home. Communication before, during and after the appointment was outstanding. The price for the repair was very reasonable and competitive. Also felt great to support a local family-owned business. Highly recommend.

Polar Heating and AC installed a new HAVC system in our condo. The crew arrived on time, got right to work, were neat and tidy throughout and took the time to do it right! The made all necessary arrangement for a crane to remove and replace condenser on roof-- so efficiently the whole thing happened without my notice. I am thrilled with the new system and the price point. The crew was knowledgeable and skilled. I recommend them enthusiastically.
