      Very responsive. I was able to make an easy appointment with a variety of times. The service person contacted me several times before arriving. He quickly conducted the inspection including climbing a ladder to reach the roof. The inspection was quick and thorough.

      Highly recommended! Every time we need them they are always quick and thorough. This last time our furnace went out on New Year’s Day. Hey we’re out in a little over an hour and had us up and running in no time! The technicians are always friendly, courteous and respectful of our property. And yes the pricing is always comparable or better than others we have tried.

      Polar's techs arrived right on time. Removed old water heater, installed new heater in 2hrs. Cleaned up everything beautifully. Made sure heater was working properly before they left. A very professional and personable team.

      Mike did a great job inspecting and cleaning the air conditioner. Answered all of my questions. But, I was also expecting to have my air ducts cleaned. I was very disappointed when I was told that just the air conditioner was scheduled for Today. When I called the first time I made the appointment for the Spring Saver Special. I did call back because I had a few questions about the air duct cleaning and I spoke with a gentleman and he answered my questions. But I did not change my appointment. So I was surprised to hear that the appointment was just for the air conditioner cleaning. Now I have to reschedule. Hopefully I will get an estimate for the air duct cleaning tomorrow. Mike took pictures of air duct system when he was here.

      Always wonderful service. Dave was incredibly thorough with my AC Maintenance service call. He took his time, left my unit clean, tested it thoroughly and even leveled my unit because the ground had settled a bit since last season. This is why I will always come back to Polar Heating for new install and maintenance.

      Polar Heating & AC were able to respond to a surprise outage with my heat after hours. Jerry was friendly and knowledgeable and even though it was bad news and I needed a new boiler, Polar was able to replace it the next day. They were friendly, competent and responded quickly.

      Polar Heating and AC installed a new HAVC system in our condo. The crew arrived on time, got right to work, were neat and tidy throughout and took the time to do it right! The made all necessary arrangement for a crane to remove and replace condenser on roof-- so efficiently the whole thing happened without my notice. I am thrilled with the new system and the price point. The crew was knowledgeable and skilled. I recommend them enthusiastically.

      I called Polar H & AC as I do 2 x year for routine maintenance for heat and ac. I have requested Polar' service for years and have enjoyed consistently stellar service with reasonable prices.
