      They came in next day so quick service. Technician Mike was wonderful. Very professional. Told me problem was just a dirty filter which he showed me. Very honest and I appreciated that.

      Earlier this week I saw a sparrow hopping around my chimney and I was concerned there might be nesting going on. I called Polar Heating & AC shortly after 0800 and was told they would arrive between 1500 to 1800 hours. Joe contacted me to tell me to call back, as I had to be somewhere late in the morning. After arriving home, I called Polar again and a crew arrived about 1300. They took a video & pics to show me there was no nest within the chimney. Cool. At this point they went back up and secured the chimney opening with wire mesh. It was worth evey penny, not to mention reasonable. I want to think this was my third time using Polar and each time I've been pleased with their work.

      My A/C failed and needed replacing. It was time. Jacob and Mitchell arrived right on time. They worked diligently in the blazing sun all day. It was the hottest day in 14 years. Heat index was over 100 degrees and 90 degrees in the house.They did an excellent job. I’m so thankful. Great company. I’ve been using them for 12 years. Highly recommend Polar Heating and Air.
