      I called Polar at approximately 10am and they arrived by noon. From the start of my call to meeting the technician Oscar, they were so professional and personable. Oscar was so detailed/ informative and extended his services in such a polite and respectful manner. Amazing!

      Mike did a great job inspecting and cleaning the air conditioner. Answered all of my questions. But, I was also expecting to have my air ducts cleaned. I was very disappointed when I was told that just the air conditioner was scheduled for Today. When I called the first time I made the appointment for the Spring Saver Special. I did call back because I had a few questions about the air duct cleaning and I spoke with a gentleman and he answered my questions. But I did not change my appointment. So I was surprised to hear that the appointment was just for the air conditioner cleaning. Now I have to reschedule. Hopefully I will get an estimate for the air duct cleaning tomorrow. Mike took pictures of air duct system when he was here.

      My family and I contact Polar for all of our heating and A/C needs. Most recently I contacted them when my furnace suddenly stopped working. They responded quickly and sent out a tech (Joe), who was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Polar has never disappointed. I highly recommend them for their services and reasonable pricing. I cannot say enough about this company!

      Very responsive. I was able to make an easy appointment with a variety of times. The service person contacted me several times before arriving. He quickly conducted the inspection including climbing a ladder to reach the roof. The inspection was quick and thorough.

      Very customer friendly and over and beyond in terms of explaining my AC failure and able to give clearly what options were available without ANY sales pressure. I'd rec Joe B. for complicated cases when you might need to buy so you can make well informed decisions.

      Cannot say enough nice things about my experience with Polar Heating and Air. We had an issue with our hot water heater and they sent someone right out. Our service technician was extremely respectful of our time and our home. Communication before, during and after the appointment was outstanding. The price for the repair was very reasonable and competitive. Also felt great to support a local family-owned business. Highly recommend.
