      Mike did a great job inspecting and cleaning the air conditioner. Answered all of my questions. But, I was also expecting to have my air ducts cleaned. I was very disappointed when I was told that just the air conditioner was scheduled for Today. When I called the first time I made the appointment for the Spring Saver Special. I did call back because I had a few questions about the air duct cleaning and I spoke with a gentleman and he answered my questions. But I did not change my appointment. So I was surprised to hear that the appointment was just for the air conditioner cleaning. Now I have to reschedule. Hopefully I will get an estimate for the air duct cleaning tomorrow. Mike took pictures of air duct system when he was here.

      From start to finish Polar is superior company to do business. I was getting quotes to replace our 21 year old furnace. When I contacted Polar via their website, they responded within minutes and asked what our needs were. After that they had technician contact us to schedule a meeting. The technician arrived on time and his first concern was to hear exactly what our needs were and our expectations regarding price and quality of the equipment we were looking to install. Throughout the entire process Jerry’s main concern was meeting our needs including our budget. He provide us with some options and continued to make sure he was meeting our needs. Once we signed the agreement the follow up and installation was excellent. Tony and Omar were very professional and did a superior job installing our new Amana furnace. We highly recommend Polar Heating and Air Conditioning!!!

      This is our 2nd time having Polar out to our home! Our first experience was great! Our furnace went out at 8pm in the middle of winter and a technician was at our home within an hour! Repaired our furnace. We had them out recently for our AC and the technician diagnosed and replaced a bad capacitor. We had cold air with 20 minutes! We will continue calling Polar!

      Polar Heating and AC installed a new HAVC system in our condo. The crew arrived on time, got right to work, were neat and tidy throughout and took the time to do it right! The made all necessary arrangement for a crane to remove and replace condenser on roof-- so efficiently the whole thing happened without my notice. I am thrilled with the new system and the price point. The crew was knowledgeable and skilled. I recommend them enthusiastically.

      A Polar technician came a couple of days ago to inspect my furnace and, due to its age and other factors, recommended that I replace it. I knew I was on borrowed time to begin with so I asked for a quote (thinking this would all take a bit of time). I received the quote immediately from Oscar and within 24 hours my old furnace was replaced with an efficient new one. I could not be happier. From the time I made the initial phone call to the minute installer Dave left, the whole process was professional, courteous and very seamless. And they left everything in spotless condition. I have used Polar Heating and AC in the past and would highly recommend them. You will not be sorry.
