      My family and I contact Polar for all of our heating and A/C needs. Most recently I contacted them when my furnace suddenly stopped working. They responded quickly and sent out a tech (Joe), who was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Polar has never disappointed.       Mike did a great job inspecting and cleaning the air conditioner. Answered all of my questions. But, I was also expecting to have my air ducts cleaned. I was very disappointed when I was told that just the air conditioner was scheduled for Today. When I called the first time I made the appointment for the Spring Saver Special. I did call back because I had a few questions about the air duct cleaning and I spoke with a gentleman and he answered my questions. But I did not change my appointment. So I was surprised to hear that the appointment was just for the air conditioner cleaning. Now I have to reschedule. Hopefully I will get an estimate for the air duct cleaning tomorrow. Mike took pictures of air duct system when he was here.

      Great team, they were easy to schedule with and answered any questions I had. Did a complete AC installation as our former unit was 35 years old. The guys who came to do the installation were very friendly and worked cleanly and efficiently. Our new AC is working great. Their pricing was significantly better than the other quotes we received.
