      David the technician was very detailed and professional. He cleaned the AC unit very thoroughly (much better than previous technicians) and gave me pointers, showed me the before and after photos and replaced some old or missing parts. I will ask for David next time I need maintenance on my AC unit or furnace.

      Highly recommended! Every time we need them they are always quick and thorough. This last time our furnace went out on New Year’s Day. Hey we’re out in a little over an hour and had us up and running in no time! The technicians are always friendly, courteous and respectful of our property. And yes the pricing is always comparable or better than others we have tried.

      Mike did a great job inspecting and cleaning the air conditioner. Answered all of my questions. But, I was also expecting to have my air ducts cleaned. I was very disappointed when I was told that just the air conditioner was scheduled for Today. When I called the first time I made the appointment for the Spring Saver Special. I did call back because I had a few questions about the air duct cleaning and I spoke with a gentleman and he answered my questions. But I did not change my appointment. So I was surprised to hear that the appointment was just for the air conditioner cleaning. Now I have to reschedule. Hopefully I will get an estimate for the air duct cleaning tomorrow. Mike took pictures of air duct system when he was here.

      Polar Heating & AC has been servicing our HVAC system for about 2 years and always sends friendly and professional technicians. Our furnace went out Monday; we had someone out the same day and had a new system installed Tuesday. Grateful for their expertise, professionalism, and hard work.

      The service professional arrived early and immediately performing complete check of our air conditioner unit. Upon finding the capacitor was faulty he replaced and performed a through inspection thus returning unit to perfect working condition Highly recommend Polar Heating and Cooling prompt, neat, knowledgeable and professional.

      Polar Heating visited our home at the appointed time, and called before they arrived. The employee was very professional, respectable and courteous. He explained every detail without hesitation. And in less than 45 minutes, my furnace was working perfectly and still is. My confidence in polar Heating made me realize that there are companies out there who actually work for their clients. My wife and I was truly blessed. I will refer Polar to all my friends, neighbors, family and love ones. I will not state what they charged us, but I will say this, it was not expensive at all. This is one of the reasons I will use them over and over again. The operator they sent (Pat) was great.

      I called Polar H & AC as I do 2 x year for routine maintenance for heat and ac. I have requested Polar' service for years and have enjoyed consistently stellar service with reasonable prices. Their service representatives have top notch education and pride in their work. They show respect for their customers with full explanation of their work.
