      Polar's techs arrived right on time. Removed old water heater, installed new heater in 2hrs. Cleaned up everything beautifully. Made sure heater was working properly before they left. A very professional and personable team.

      Polar is a great company. They have professionals working with them. They offer very good prices and warranties. I’ve recently had an AC installed brand new at a great price and over a year ago. I had my new furnace installed. I really like Polar and I will refer them to anybody interested in purchasing or servicing an AC or furnace. I appreciate Polar. 😊❤️🙏

      The service professional arrived early and immediately performing complete check of our air conditioner unit. Upon finding the capacitor was faulty he replaced and performed a through inspection thus returning unit to perfect working condition Highly recommend Polar Heating and Cooling prompt, neat, knowledgeable and professional.

      With Indian Summer arriving with a bang, our unit began to function less efficiently and was blowing air that wasn't as cool as before. We immediately called Polar Heating & Air (Chicago location) and left a detailed message regarding our problem. Our call was returned quickly and an agent gave us the option to have our situation diagnosed immediately. An hour later, Jerry (HVAC Technician) arrived at our home. He immediately went into action, diagnosed the problem and addressed it successfully! And did this all with uber professionalism and a wonderful smile in this dreaded humidity! That definitely counts for a lot! 😄 The price we were quoted was very reasonable and my dad received a senior discount as well!       Mike did a great job inspecting and cleaning the air conditioner. Answered all of my questions. But, I was also expecting to have my air ducts cleaned. I was very disappointed when I was told that just the air conditioner was scheduled for Today. When I called the first time I made the appointment for the Spring Saver Special. I did call back because I had a few questions about the air duct cleaning and I spoke with a gentleman and he answered my questions. But I did not change my appointment. So I was surprised to hear that the appointment was just for the air conditioner cleaning. Now I have to reschedule. Hopefully I will get an estimate for the air duct cleaning tomorrow. Mike took pictures of air duct system when he was here.

      I have being using Polar for over 20 years they installed my heating and air conditioning systems. Every year I have them do a heating and air cleaning and they do an excellent job. They stand behind their work. Technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. You can always get an appointment that fits your schedule, customer service is great… Polar keep up the good work!
