      I had a fantastic experience with this company. When my furnace broke down, Jerry arrived shortly after I called. Both my furnace and air conditioning unit needed to be replaced, but I wasn't surprised since they were both very old. I appreciated that there was no attempt to scam me—just incredible service. The installers were wonderful; they worked quietly and independently while remaining very polite. The pricing was fair, with no hidden charges, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I will only use Polar for my HVAC needs in the future. They were truly exceptional.

      Jerry was excellent! Jerry explains everything step by step, thank you!!! Because Polar installed the thermostat they fixed it for free. What a good company.

      Prices have really gone up on parts. Service call price is very reasonable.

      Polar Heating and AC did an outstanding job! I needed a new unit, and both their pricing and customer service were excellent. Mike handled the estimate, and Dallas and Carlos completed the installation with great professionalism. Highly impressed with the whole experience!

      Joe did a fantastic job. He’s diligent honest and he did a great job helping me to come up with a plan due to my AC Freon being obsolete.. I appreciate the honesty intelligence so much. I highly recommend polar heating and cooling because they have done great work for me for the past three years.

      Polar is a great company. They have professionals working with them. They offer very good prices and warranties. I’ve recently had an AC installed brand new at a great price and over a year ago. I had my new furnace installed. I really like Polar and I will refer them to anybody interested in purchasing or servicing an AC or furnace. I appreciate Polar. 😊❤️🙏

      Great service and great price. My furnace was going in and out, polar heating came and fixed my issue within 15mins. Everyone around me was trying to charge me double, glad I found these guys
