      Joe did a fantastic job. He’s diligent honest and he did a great job helping me to come up with a plan due to my AC Freon being obsolete.. I appreciate the honesty intelligence so much.       Very customer friendly and over and beyond in terms of explaining my AC failure and able to give clearly what options were available without ANY sales pressure. I'd rec Joe B. for complicated cases when you might need to buy so you can make well informed decisions.

      Bought a new heater and air conditioner. The staff and installers were very polite and professional. Had both units installed in October, heater worked flawlessly during the winter months, I was instructed to not turn on the air conditioner until they do a post install on the air conditioner since it was cold outside when installed. Called yesterday and they were out here today to do whatever they needed to the air conditioner. Thanks to Polar Heating and Air conditioner I have ice cold air and great heat. 😆

      Polar's techs arrived right on time. Removed old water heater, installed new heater in 2hrs. Cleaned up everything beautifully. Made sure heater was working properly before they left. A very professional and personable team.

      Great team, they were easy to schedule with and answered any questions I had. Did a complete AC installation as our former unit was 35 years old. The guys who came to do the installation were very friendly and worked cleanly and efficiently. Our new AC is working great. Their pricing was significantly better than the other quotes we received.
