      I have being using Polar for over 20 years they installed my heating and air conditioning systems. Every year I have them do a heating and air cleaning and they do an excellent job. They stand behind their work. Technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. You can always get an appointment that fits your schedule, customer service is great… Polar keep up the good work!

      This past week, I came home at 7 pm to a 55 degree home. Within three hours service technician , Jerry had my system up and running. I'm so happy with excellent service I received. I couldn’t reccomend Polar more!

      Woke up to a cold home, furnace not working properly. Called around 11am, had had someone here by 4pm. Joe was awesome, he diagnosed the problem, explained the problem simply and I was lucky that he had a part on his truck and was able to get the job done today. Very satisfied , as I was when I had them install the furnace 6 yrs ago, they had the best estimate then and I was able to save today. Highly recommend.

      Mike did a great job inspecting and cleaning the air conditioner. Answered all of my questions. But, I was also expecting to have my air ducts cleaned. I was very disappointed when I was told that just the air conditioner was scheduled for Today. When I called the first time I made the appointment for the Spring Saver Special. I did call back because I had a few questions about the air duct cleaning and I spoke with a gentleman and he answered my questions. But I did not change my appointment. So I was surprised to hear that the appointment was just for the air conditioner cleaning. Now I have to reschedule. Hopefully I will get an estimate for the air duct cleaning tomorrow. Mike took pictures of air duct system when he was here.

      Polar Heating & AC were able to respond to a surprise outage with my heat after hours. Jerry was friendly and knowledgeable and even though it was bad news and I needed a new boiler, Polar was able to replace it the next day. They were friendly, competent and responded quickly.

      Have had two very positive experiences with Polar. Technicians are very knowledgeable and do not try to upsell. Seem like honest and ethical folks. They both provided us with a good education on our boiler system and fixed our issue quickly (at a price that was half of what another company had quoted us). We will only call Polar from now on!

      My family and I contact Polar for all of our heating and A/C needs. Most recently I contacted them when my furnace suddenly stopped working. They responded quickly and sent out a tech (Joe), who was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Polar has never disappointed. I highly recommend them for their services and reasonable pricing. I cannot say enough about this company!
